Borusan Otomotiv Group operates in the premium automobile and motorcycle segment with its seven companies. Established as a partnership between Borusan Holding and GIWA Holding, the Group assumed the distributorship of BMW in Türkiye in 1984. It expanded its brand portfolio over time to include BMW Motorrad, MINI, Land Rover, Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and most recently Microlino in 2025.
Borusan Otomotiv İthalat carries out the distributorship of BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad in Türkiye, while Borusan Otomotiv Pazarlama executes the distributorship of Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, Jaguar, and Microlino in Türkiye. The Group provides services with 25 Authorized Dealers and 46 Authorized Service Centers. Borusan Oto offers sales and after-sales services for all brands across 11 facilities throughout Türkiye, while Borusan Oto Kıbrıs operates in Northern Cyprus with the Jaguar and Land Rover brands.
While Borusan Otomotiv Premium offers leasing, finance, insurance, and pre-owned vehicle sales solutions, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport (BOM) represents Türkiye in the international arena with 20 championships achieved across 4 continents. Operating under the Borusan Next brand, Borusan Oto Değerlendirme provides pre-owned vehicle buying and selling, trade-in, auction, and related financial solutions.
