Borusan EnBW Enerji
Borusan EnBW Enerji was established in 2009 as a joint venture between Borusan Holding and EnBW AG. The company operates in the fields of renewable energy generation, sales, and energy solutions, with a production portfolio consisting of 100% renewable sources.
As a result of investments that began with Bandırma WPP commissioned in 2009, Borusan EnBW Enerji today has reached 13 power plants and an installed capacity of 855 MW. It is aimed to expand the total portfolio, including hybrid and energy storage projects, to approximately 1,349 MW.
With an annual clean energy output exceeding 2.5 TWh, Borusan EnBW Enerji offsets nearly 1.6 million tons of carbon emissions each year while fostering the green transition and the electrification of mobility through its investments in electric vehicle charging network.
